Vgood session. Joel was very patient with me and explained exactly what I need to do to improve my mobility. He tweaked the exercises to make sure I have less discomfort or pain when doing them. Tyvm

I am always amazed by how in depth... how unique & Avantgarde the outlook to the human body is when I meet Dr Danica & Joel.

Just out of a Broken Clavicle surgery and within few weeks my shoulder, movement & pain is not only better but I would dare to say better than it was.
